Ask Yahoo! on Hangovers
Ask Yahoo! today covers the age-old proverb, “Beer before liquor, never sicker, liquor before beer, never fear.” I personally prefer the version, “Beer before liquor, never sicker. Liquor before beer, in the clear.” Interestingly, even though both a nutritionist and a pharmacologist nixed the theory, Ask Yahoo! says (without any real justification) that the saying holds some merit!
Anyway, I’ll still be drinking whatever I feel like at the moment irregardless of this theory.
