Friend of Harpoon
I actually hadn’t realized that Friend of Harpoon existed until I made the post about the Extreme Beer Fest. Now that the site’s back up, it’s a little easier to write about it!
For those of you in the Greater Boston area, this is definitely a good deal. Membership is free, and it entitles you to discounts on a myriad of things. Furthermore, they seem to have tons of new stuff constantly posted on their site, including contests, special events, etc. Their welcome email states that benefits include:
- The quarterly Harpoon newsletter
- VIP access to Harpoon events and Special events for Friends of Harpoon only
- Access to the Friend of Harpoon website
- Discounted entrance to New England special events
- Retail specials and discounts
This is great, considering I love Harpoon beer. Their IPA is my usual go-to beer in Boston bars.
