Beer Can Chicken
I just came across this recipe for beer can chicken. It caught my eye due to the picture of the cooked chicken described as “slightly drunk and leaning a bit as you can see”. The recipe doesn’t sound too bad, and I might even try it. However, what really makes it interesting isn’t the list of ingredients but the use of the beer can itself. The marinade is placed in the beer can. Then, the beer can is placed inside the chicken, and the chicken sits upright. While the chicken cooks, the juices presumably drip into the can. Pretty neat.
