How To Brew Beer in a Coffee Pot
I’m somewhat incredulous, but this sounds like it might actually work. All About Beer has an article giving step-by-step instructions on how to brew beer in a coffee pot. I think it’s easier to do it on the stove in a large pot instead, but this sounds like it might be fun to try. The only problem is I’ve never seen a coffee pot large enough to brew sufficient beer for me to drink!
You’ll still have to bottle condition it with sugar, though, to get any carbonation. This guide is really just step 1.
