Beer Catapult

I delayed posting this, hoping that The Sydney Morning Herald would fix their link. However, I then realized I was being stupid, since I could go straight to the Tooheys website.

Tooheys recently began a new ad campagin in which they actually towed 30-foot-high catapults through Melbourne and even put them on top of buildings. The ad reportedly took 1 million AUD (about $741,100) to make and is just bizarre. It’s based on Monty Python, and in the ad, they catapult sacrifices to induce the clouds to rain beer. Too bad it doesn’t work.
