Learning about Wine
Wine snobs are, well, snobs. However, wine really can be fun, which is what Mark Phillips is demonstrating. I’ve yet to see an episode of his show “Enjoying Wine with Mark Phillips“, but it sounds entertaining. It’ll be coming to PBS in March (never thought I’d be watching that station).
Topics include such things as:
- When to microwave wine
- When to freeze wine
- When to put ice cubes in wine
Hm. My answers right now would be never, never, and sangria. I think I better watch the show.
