Tasting Harpoon Beer
I felt that the glasses at the Hibernian Ale tasting deserved a post all their own. After finishing one tasting glass, I finally noticed the printing on it. The next time you try a new beer, ask yourself about these five aspects of it:
- Appearance: color, clarity, foam, carbonation
- Aroma: hoppy, malty, floral, fruity
- Mouthfeel: light, medium, or full body
- Taste: sweet, bitter, malty
- Finish: lingering or crisp, sweet or dry
