Gin and Tonic Gelatin

Now, you can eat your gin and tonic, too!

This recipe is from some restaurant called Akelarre. It consists of gelatin made with gin and tonic, a lemon sauce, and a lemon sorbet. The lemon sauce and lemon sorbet kind of look like a pain to make, but the idea of using gin and tonic to make gelatin doesn’t sound bad. I imagine you could easily substitute store-bought sorbet and some sort of generic syrup.
