Quadruple-Distilled Whisky

Bruichladdich, a small private distillery in Scotland, is planning on releasing a quadruple-distilled whisky that is 92% alcohol, i.e. 184 proof. Normal whisky is distilled twice, resulting in something around 80-120 proof. The “usquebaugh-baul” is based on a 17th century recipe and will be a limited edition, so it’ll certainly be expensive.

What’s really funny is the Secret Service has been monitoring the distillery, because they’re afraid that it could be used to produce chemical weapons. With that confirmation, the whisky should have one hell of a kick!
