Guinness Surger
It appears that Guinness has developed a new device, the Guinnes Surger, that promises better pints at home. Guinness already has the familiar widget that helps with the formation of the head with nitrogen. Now, the surger is supposed to send an ultrasonic pulse through a pint glass. It activates the gases in a canned beer to make it seem more like it’s fresh off the tap. The surger will only work with Guinness Draught Surger beer. However, it sounds like this may work with other beers as well depending on their formulation.
