Wine Concierges

For those who already have personal chefs, maids, and other assorted servants, there is now the wine concierge to take care of all the hassle associated with wine collecting. Vinfolio and Vintrust manage oenophiles’ collections by inventorying, storing, buying, and selling wine. At only $2.50/bottle for the initial inventory, it’s really not all that expensive for the collector who’s already spending $100/bottle.

Anyway, the service is a neat idea, which I wish I’d thought of first. Of course, it remains to be seen if it’s viable. How much could they possibly make off of managing wine?
