I have to admit that I prefer boring dive bars to trendy nightclubs. However, I also have to admit that I enjoy bar flair. There’s something fun about watching someone toss bottles of alcohol and glasses around. Plus, who can forget Tom Cruise’s performance in the movie “Cocktail
Anyway, it seems that bar flair began in the early 18th century and has now ballooned into something of a performance art with many people preferring to go to bars with bartenders that are skilled in it. Now, it seems that bar flair’s next frontier is India. Well, at least according to The Hindu. If you’re looking to go where no bar flair bartender has gone before, head to southern India.
