An Extra Hour of Drinking in Indiana
Unfortunately, I can’t currently find a source online. However, I have just heard that Indiana Governor Mitch Daniels is allowing bars to serve alcohol for an extra hour tonight due to the unprecedented daylight savings time change combined with the Final Four games.
As I mentioned in my previous post, bars had stood to lose the last hour of prime alcohol serving time due to the time change. This is the first time that daylight savings time is going into effect in Indiana. For some light entertainment, do a search of Google News.
If you’re Indiana, then your new curfew is now effectively 4 AM!
