Good Luck Finding This Beer
Bucanero Brewing in Cuba has announced a “Premium” beer called Bucanero Max. It’s a golden light beer with a touch of bitterness and 6.5% ABV. It’ll be available in May—but not to Americans.
If that embargo’s ever lifted, I think I’ll immediately try a cigar, rum, and beer from Cuba. For now, I’ll just salivate over the pretty artwork.

Or you could go for a trip to Europe or Canada. Havana Club Anjo rum makes the best Mojito’s and the 7 year old rum is excellent. I don’t smoke, but everyone raves about the cigars. The one beer from Cuba that is availabe is Cristal, and it’s not bad.
