Adult Juice Boxes
The Three Thieves have just come out with new 250ml four-pack Tetra Brik Bandit wines using Pinot Grigio and Cabernet Sauvignon varietals. Rather than using bottles with corks or even screwtops, though, they’ve chosen to sell them in “Bullets”, i.e. juice boxes. They seem like a neat way to prevent broken glass and would probably be useful for picnics or sneaking into wherever you must get your wine fix. No more broken glass in your pocket!
Plus, at $8.99/four-pack, they’re really not that expensive. A standard 5oz pour at your favorite restaurant could easily set you back that much. (250ml is about 8.5oz.) However, I’m dubious of the quality of the wine itself.
I’ve yet to see it anywhere, but the article says that they’re available nationally. You can also apparently buy them in 1 liter packages.

I bought some..and they are a perfect little stow away..tonight I shall sneak them into a movie!!
