Spicy Chocolate Beer
For those of us not on the West Coast, we can’t try out Rogue’s Chipotle Beer I wrote about earlier. However, there may be some other beers that have a Mexican mole flavor.
One example is Viking Brewery’s Hot Chocolate, which infuses a chocolate stout with cayenne pepper. Unfortunately, it appears to be seasonal and available only in parts of the Midwest. I’m still searching for one easily available here in Boston.
