New Age of State Liquor Laws

You may have heard about the recent Washington State decision regarding the sale of wine with the court ruling in favor of Costco. Also, state liquor laws preventing the sale and shipment of wines directly to consumers in Michigan and New York were found unconstitutional last year. Basically, it seems like we’re approaching a new age in liquor laws, especially regarding greater freedoms for how beer and wine are shipped and sold.
