Nation’s Top Five Cocktail Trends
The Distilled Spirits Council of the United States has released a report focusing on the top five cocktail trends:
- Super-premium spirits are top sellers
- Vegetable, fruit, herb and flower gardens fair game
- Fresh is best
- Muddling makes a comeback
- Spirits flights take off
I have no idea how they identified the top five trends, but they all do seem to be prevalent at trendy bars and restaurants these days.
