All About Rum & the Mojito
There’s really not much to say here other than: go read this article about rum and the mojito. It has a short history and description and three recipes. I’d personally trade the club soda for lemon-lime soda for a sweeter taste, though to mask the “Kill Devil”.
Also, for your next mojito, perhaps you can try this award-winning rum from Fiji, SPD’s Bounty Millenium Rum. I didn’t even know that there was rum from Fiji. The only thing I’ve ever seen from there is overpriced bottled water.
