Harpoon Brewstock 2006

Good deeds don’t go unnoticed at Harpoon. I just returned from volunteering at the Harpoon 5-Miler. I spent the morning handing out registration packets and collecting timing chips. In return, I received free food, free beer, a t-shirt, and admission to Brewstock 2006, which included a plastic pint glass and free pass for a reggae cruise. It was a good experience, and it’s always nice to receive a little more from volunteering than just a good feeling.

In case you’re reading this and don’t have anything planned for tonight, you still have time to go to Brewstock. It doesn’t end until 9 PM. You needn’t worry about the rain, as there are tents.

As for the reggae cruise, it’s in Portsmouth, NH on June 7, 14, 21, 28 or July 5, 12 Wed. 7-10 PM. I don’t plan on going, so if you want it, please email me with your mailing address. The first person to write me gets it. The pass is basically worth $18.00.
