iPod Trumps Beer
In a rare defeat, drinking beer lost to the iPod in a college popularity contest. Only 71% of students said that beer was “in” compared to 73% for the iPod. The only other time beer lost in the 18 years this survey has run was in 1997 with the advent of the Internet.
