Wine Week: Part One

Hopefully, I won’t forget to link the rest of the five-part series, as it seems pretty promising. Telegraph has a great first article that discusses pairing wine with food and dispels a number of myths surrounding it. For example, fish doesn’t always have to be drunk with white wine, and red wine doesn’t always have to be served at room temperature. Yeah, that’s right, all you naysayers!
