A Glass of Wine on the Rocks

Could adding an ice cube enhance the flavor of a glass of wine? Michael Bauer thinks so as do Gerald Asher and Diane Teitelbaum. I’ll pass for now, though I do generally like my reds slightly chilled rather than room temperature.

I do remember serving white wine on the rocks, though, during my first and only time bartending. I thought it was a bit kooky, but who was I to argue?
