Root Beer Float sans “Root”
It was only a matter of time before someone devised a good beer float, and as a result, this may be the only reason whatsoever to go to Kentucky other to drink bourbon and see horse races. At the Jazz Factory in Louisville, patrons can now order a brown cow made with Browning’s bourbon barrel stout and vanilla ice cream. The stout has a “chocolatey bourbon flavor”, which pairs well with the ice cream.
Originally, the owner tried using Rogue Ales’s chocolate stout but found it too bitter.
