Russia Still Dry
Earlier, we reported that Russia has a serious booze shortage due to bureaucratic red tape and mistakes. There really isn’t anything new to say here. Just look at the depressing picture below from Time Magazine. The remaining bottles on the shelves are presumably domestic wines. (People drink domestic Russian wine? I guess they have to now.)
