2000-Year-Old Beer

A Greenland microbrewery is making a very unique brew: beer made with 2000-year-old water from melted glaciers. Salik Hard, the brain behind the beer, says, “”Today, with all the pollution…you cannot get cleaner water than melted ice cap water.” A taster in Denmark remarked that the brew definitely tasted unique and attributed the ice cap water as a possible cause.

Unfortunately, we will likely never see the beer here in the States. However, it is available in Greenland and Denmark. If you’re going to either place, you better get me a bottle.
