Green Tea Beer
You’re not reading the title incorrectly. A Madison, WI brewer has developed green tea beer, which it’s calling “Zen”. BluCreek Brewing is releasing the Zen IPA this month. The beer doesn’t yet appear in their online store, but it’s a moot point for MA anyway.
Given green tea’s health benefits, I’m curious about how drinking this beer might be good for you. Of course, as we discovered with Stampede, the company’s not allowed to make any such claims.
