Audio Wine Guide for iPod
Shoot. I never did watch Enjoying Wine with Mark Phillips and TiVo doesn’t return any hits for this show. However, I’ve only heard good things about it.
Anyway, the same Mark Phillips has released a wine guide for the iPod. At a price of $34.95, I’ll likely pass, but it still sounds interesting. The audio guide contains 1.5 hours of advice split up into different chapters, which may be a nice guide to listen to during the commute to work. Originally, I was hoping it would be more like a text reference for the iPod, but alas, it’s not. You won’t be able to cram in those minutes between getting the wine menu and dealing with the sommelier.
