Investing in Wine Online
We’ve written about investing in wine before, but in the time since, the market has grown considerably. Investors are now more easily able to trade wine online, and trading volume has grown considerably. In the first six months of this year, The London International Vintners Exchange has already matched more trades than it matched all of last year ($18 million worth of trades). For an idea of how the market is growing (I’m so incredibly tempted to take money out of my failing mid-caps and throw it into wine), just look at the Liv-ex 100 index.
