This Bulgarian bar has the right idea. The owners are giving customers free booze in exchange for cleaning up cigarette butts. Customers are turning in about 70 mugs a day filled with cigarette butts equaling a total of about 35 free drinks a day. However, the number of mugs getting turned in is slowly going down, likely because the nearby beach is becoming cleaner.
