That's very interesting. Here's the relevant portion for those interested: Mexican entrepreneur Rodrigo Contreras bought the rights to the Duff trademark from 20 Century Fox to sell the popular beer in Mexico. Mr. Contreras is apparently the only trademark holder of this beer. He is currently awaiting patent to sell Homer's favorite beer in the United States. ( Not correct see Duff Trading Company Ltd.
