It seems that Diageo is testing a new product called Smirnoff Source, which is supposed to be an alcoholic sparkling water. It will come in two flavors, Pure Citrus and Pure Orange, and will be made from natural spring water, natural flavors, and malt alcohol. Thus far, information is sparse, as Diageo is keeping quiet.

Not all chemicals are bad. Without chemicals such as hydrogen and oxygen, for example, there would be no way to make water, a vital ingredient in beer.

Alcoholic water? why. if alcohol is mixed in water, it will become alcohol. Won’t it? Or the properties of water remain intact . I wonder what the taste would feel like. We will wait till San Diago provides more info.
