Vodka Tomatoes
If you’re sick of Bloody Marys (is it “Marys” or “Maries” anyway?) or just like them super-chunky, then try out this recipe for vodka tomatoes reproduced here. This should give your salad or boring drinking life a little kick, which is especially important in Kansas.

Have you tried these? If they taste as good as they sound, I’m totally serving them at my next cocktail party. I’m thinking of putting them on ice in one of those giant martini glasses…

Not yet. I think this might be a weekend project. They certainly don’t sound like they’d taste bad! My main issue is getting the pepper-flavored vodka. Being cheap, I’d rather just infuse the vodka myself, which would take some time.
