Don’t Forget the Cabernet!

A study at Mount Sinai concludes that moderate consumption of cabernet sauvignon may reduce the incidence of Alzheimer’s. The conclusion is based on a seven-month study conducted on mice. Cab promoted “non-amyloidogenic processing of amyloid precursor protein, which ultimately prevents the generation of Alzheimer’s Disease Б-amyloid neuropathology”. Yeah, I have no idea what that means either.
