New Jersey Life Magazine, which I of course read regularly, has named 56 Degree Wine the “Best Wine Shop Concept” for 2006, and I heartily agree. There’s barely any need to look at the competition after seeing this place. Run by Master of Wine Chris Cree, this wine shop located in Bernardsville, NJ keeps its whole shop at exactly 56

Without question, the greatest invention in the history of mankind is beer. Oh, I grant you that the wheel was also a fine invention, but the wheel does not go nearly as well with pizza.
