Queue Taps: It’s an Alcoholic Funeral
This is just as stupid as burning marijuana plants. (I always imagine a large group of ATF agents gathered around a bonfire inhaling deeply as their reward. Why not turn it into mulch instead?) Police in the UK are flushing 2500 cans of beer and hundreds of bottles liquor and champagne. Seriously, they’re dumping it down a toilet and flushing.
The illegal booze was confiscated, and a judge ordered it destroyed. For whatever reason, it can’t just be dumped down a drain, so police will spend a week flushing it down a toilet (because apparently, British toilets don’t drain). What a shame.
