Jello Shots Are for Sophisticates
Unfortunately, this book doesn’t appear to be available in the USA (here’s a link to the Amazon UK page), but I can’t wait for it to be published here!
Tom Tuke-Hastings has a new book out in the UK called “The Art of the Vodka Jelly” in which he publishes posh recipes including Elderflower Fizz and Raspberry, Moscow Mule, and Rhubarb and Custard. His jello shots are nothing like the ones you remember (or perhaps don’t!) from college and include ingredients such as caviar, passion fruit, and ginger. Certainly, they’re bound to be better looking than this (yup, that’s my college dorm fridge stuffed with jello shots about four years ago):
