Beer in Feeding Tube
Yup, that’s an actual picture. That guy is actually having beer poured in his feeding tube.
The Patrick O’Brien Foundation is selling 18″ x 24″ posters of this image for $20. Patrick’s suffering from Lou Gehrig’s Disease (ALS) and only has 2-5 years to live. Proceeds from the poster go towards ALS research and a film about the disease.

If I knew I only had 2-5 years to live, I’d be cramming a lot more than beer down that thing.

Ha! I think I would be, too. It’s a shame that you can’t taste with your stomach, though.
