Drinking May Help Male Blood Pressure

Human HeartA study of 11,000 men performed by the Harvard School of Public Health, Beth Israel Deaconess Medical Center, and Wageningen University shows that small-to-moderate drinking lowers the risk of heart attack in men. (Sorry, ladies.)

A drink or two a day increases the levels of high density lipoprotein (”good” cholesterol) makes blood less likely to clot.

I feel like I wrote about this before, but I’m having trouble finding the entry. Then again, this is a nice reminder.
