Sulfites Be Gone!

Researchers at the Technical University of Cartanega in Spain have devised a method of preventing grapes from decaying by using ozone rather than sulphur dioxide. That means that those head-inducing, allergy-causing sulfites in wine could soon be gone! That’s good news for pretty much anyone. Even better, grapes treated with ozone have up to four times more antioxidants! Who knew that ozone could be so useful?
