Why Premium Vodka Buyers Pay Top Dollar

Premium vodka costs more than just some change.
David Mandell, president and CEO of P.I.N.K. Spirits Co., explains why customers continue to buy premium vodka at inflated prices when vodka, by definition, is a clear, flavorless liquid.
His answer? It basically boils down to marketing and branding. With the ridiculously expensive vodkas, the companies are “going toward the “high society” (image). You may not be able to afford a Bentley, but you can drive one for the evening”.
Gee, telling everyone that you’re bilking them sure is a smart marketing move, Mr. P.I.N.K.
