Coca-Cola Ventures into the Beer Business
Coca-Cola Amatil, the Australian company that bottles Coca-Cola, has announced that it’s going to start brewing beer. Managing Director Terry Davis expects CCA to become Australia’s third largest brewery by 2012.
Wow. Can you imagine what would happen if Coca-Cola in the US decided to follow its child’s lead? That would certainly give Anheuser-Busch a run for the money.
