Here’s the obligatory statement (and I do believe in this) about drunk driving: don’t do it. It’s retarded and illegal. However, if you get stopped for doing something else that’s perfectly legal while drunk, then this information may be good to know. And yes, this sort of stop does happen. Just ask my freshman year roommate who was fined for drunkenly peeing in the ocean. Seriously, fined for peeing in the second largest body of water in the world!
