		<description>If you seriously want to see Napa on the cheap the way I'd advise you is to find an inexpensive motel/ hotel in the EAST BAY area, NOT San Francisco and rent a car, then drive up to Napa. 

There's probably some tour deals that you can take out of Oakland that do the driving for you if you want to imbibe above the legal limit (who doesn't?).

There also is a hostel in Marin County just south of Sonoma if you really want to do it cheap. It's suppose to be really pretty and I do recommend a visit to the area. You can drive there too as well. (Something us San Franciscans try to avoid).
