Drink Blogger Needed!

I run the site Days That End in Y, and I’m looking for a second blogger to join me. Days That End in Y is a Boston-based, frequently updated blog that’s focused on all things alcohol. If you live in the Bay Area, like to drink, are a good writer, and are motivated, then this is the perfect gig for you!
Qualifications
You must:
* Live on the West Coast, preferably in the Bay Area (SF is best)
* Be willing to blog at least every other day, preferably daily
* Like to drink alcohol and be willing to try new things
* Be a good writer
* Be outgoing and sociable
* Be self-motivated
* Know some rudimentary HTML
* Be 21 years of age or olderYou don’t need to be an expert on drinking! You just need to be willing to learn and to grow as a drinker. What I’m really interested in is finding someone else who’s passionate about drinking (but isn’t an alcoholic) to complement my blogging from the East Coast.
Compensation
This is where my post falls apart. Currently, Days That End in Y brings in little cash, though it’s slowly increasing. You will receive a percentage of all advertising revenue depending on the frequency, length, and quality of your posts, and I will be happy to buy you a drink any time we’re in the same room. (I’m frequently in the Bay Area, so this isn’t a problem.) If I incorporate a company (very likely for next year), then I will be sure to give you equity.
PR firms and various companies also contact me all the time to provide samples and random freebies. I will be sure to direct a portion of those to you.
Applications
To apply, send me an email! At the minimum, please include a short description of yourself and three writing samples. Please make one of these alcohol-related, though that’s not necessary.
Also, I’ll be in the Bay Area August 16-19. If you’re free, then I’ll be happy to buy you a drink and to interview you in person.

I would apply for the position, but I am neither outgoing or sociable and if I was self-motivated, I wouldn’t be a blogger…

I’m just looking for someone more motivated than I am.
There’s a good chance we can get a drink. I’m unsure about my schedule when I’m there, though. I have to go to a wedding, and of course, there’s always family stuff. However, I’ll let you know when I’m free.
