The Bacon Cocktail

Just reading over this list makes me want to vomit. While, yes, I do love the taste of bacon (who doesn’t? even my veggie girlfriend admits that bacon is great), I’m not quite sure a julep or a margarita deserves such a meaty taste. However, if you do want your bacon fix without the unhealthiness of bacon, maybe you can drink your way to satisfaction with OMG!!! Ponies!!! throughout 2008.

Actually, if you think about the tastes, it’s not that bad. You need to know how to combine savory and sweet. For example, I’m planning on making a Bacon Daiquiri with mango and pineapple. Likewise, bacon and scotch should taste perfect together.

Not all chemicals are bad. Without chemicals such as hydrogen and oxygen, for example, there would be no way to make water, a vital ingredient in beer.
